Going On Record starts your record: membership in The First Group, an enhanced public presence, and the entry format that files each piece of work to your record and the home's.
What is included
The record entry
For each work event: what was done, condition observed, a photo, two signatures. Filed to your body of work and to the home's history in the same minute.
Profile refinement
Fresh Heart Pro will review your submitted information and help make your business easier to understand, recognize, and choose.
Setup survey review
Your survey helps us understand your trade, geography, best clients, past-client opportunities, and experience with older homeowners or families.
Starter relationship asset
You'll receive an early template you can use to reconnect with past clients or request a stronger testimonial.
The First Group participation
First pros who go On Record will be included in The First Group shaping The Annual, first invited, first 50 at Founders terms.
Cross-trade referral tracking
When you refer a client to a complementary trade — and they refer back to you — it is documented. See what your professional relationships are actually producing.
Priority invitation to The Annual
As The Annual becomes available, The First Group members will be invited first.
Important distinction
Going On Record is a participation step: a way to improve how your business is represented, and a way to help shape the next Fresh Heart Pro layer.
Payment and cancellation
Fresh Heart Pro is a DBA of Fresh Heart LLC. Payments are processed by Fresh Heart LLC.
The On Record profile is billed annually.
There is no long-term contract beyond the annual profile period. The annual fee is generally non-refundable once profile work begins.
