How it works: go On Record, complete the setup survey, and we schedule a 30-minute conversation. Your enhanced profile goes live and your record begins.
What is included
The record entry
For each work event: what was done, condition observed, a photo, two signatures. Filed to your body of work and to the home's history in the same minute.
Profile refinement
Fresh Heart Pro will review your submitted information and help make your business easier to understand, recognize, and choose.
Setup survey review
Your survey helps us understand your trade, geography, best clients, past-client opportunities, and experience with older homeowners or families.
The findability snapshot
In your 30-minute conversation, we run the question your customer's daughter would ask — and show you what comes back today. No one can promise placement in an answer; what can be built is what answers cite.
Starter relationship asset
You'll receive an early template you can use to reconnect with past clients or request a stronger testimonial.
A working part in what comes next
Members On Record help shape The Annual — the year's work gathered into a co-signed recap. It opens after the first members' recaps prove the format.
Cross-trade referral tracking

Important distinction
Going On Record is a participation step: a way to improve how your business is represented, and a way to help shape the next Fresh Heart Pro layer.
Payment and cancellation
Fresh Heart Pro is a DBA of Fresh Heart LLC. Payments are processed by Fresh Heart LLC.
The On Record profile is billed annually.
There is no long-term contract beyond the annual profile period. The annual fee is generally non-refundable once profile work begins.
