Does the homeowner get a copy of each entry?
Yes — every entry is the homeowner's to keep, in plain words, permanently. That is the point.
Who can see a home's record?
The homeowner decides. Sharing with family, or making the record available at a future transfer of the home, are explicit choices the homeowner controls and can change at any time.
