Fresh Heart Pro currently focuses on home service professionals ("pros"), directory listings, pro profiles, client relationship tools, and related services in Orange County and Greater Los Angeles.
Fresh Heart Pro is being built as a directory and relationship platform for home service professionals.

Fresh Heart Pro reserves the right to add, modify, decline, suspend, or remove directory listings at our discretion, including if a listing appears inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, duplicative, unlawful, inconsistent with our standards, or otherwise unsuitable for the directory.
Pros may have the opportunity to claim and complete an enhanced profile.
A claimed or enhanced profile may include information submitted by the business, such as:
By submitting profile information, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that you have the right to provide and authorize publication of that information.
You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and current.
Fresh Heart Pro may review, edit, format, decline, or remove profile content to improve clarity, correct formatting, protect users, comply with law, or maintain directory quality. We are not obligated to publish any content submitted to us.
Fresh Heart Pro may invite certain pros to participate in an early “First Group” or similar early-participation structure.
Participation in the First Group may include enhanced profile work, setup surveys, early relationship-building templates, profile refinement, priority invitation to future offerings, and opportunities to provide input as Fresh Heart Pro develops.
Participation in the First Group does not create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, employment relationship, certification, endorsement, exclusivity, or guarantee of future participation in any additional Fresh Heart Pro offering.
Fresh Heart Pro may change, limit, expand, or discontinue First Group features as the platform develops.
Fresh Heart Pro may later offer additional services, including but not limited to On Record, The Annual, The Full Record or other relationship-building, documentation, profile, reputation, or pro-development services.
Descriptions of future offerings are provided for informational purposes only unless and until those services are formally made available and purchased under applicable terms.
We may modify, rename, add, remove, or discontinue offerings at any time.
Unless Fresh Heart Pro expressly states otherwise in writing, a listing, claimed profile, enhanced profile, First Group participation, payment, or directory presence does not mean that a business is certified, endorsed, ranked, preferred, approved, background-checked, licensed, insured, bonded, or guaranteed by Fresh Heart Pro.
Fresh Heart Pro does not guarantee the work, pricing, availability, licensure, insurance, conduct, representations, or performance of any listed pro.
Users should perform their own evaluation before hiring, contacting, or relying on any pro.
Homeowners, visitors, family members, property owners, and other directory users may use the directory to learn about or contact listed pros.
Fresh Heart Pro does not guarantee that any pro is suitable for a particular project, property, budget, location, family situation, or need.
Any agreement, estimate, contract, payment, scheduling, warranty, service obligation, or dispute between a directory user and a pro is solely between those parties, unless Fresh Heart Pro is expressly and separately a party to a written agreement.
Fresh Heart Pro is not responsible for pro services, homeowner decisions, project outcomes, property conditions, code compliance, permits, warranties, damages, injuries, delays, or disputes arising from interactions between directory users and pros.
Pros are responsible for:
Fresh Heart Pro may suspend or remove an pro profile if we believe the pro has violated these Terms, provided inaccurate or misleading information, misused the platform, harmed users, or acted inconsistently with Fresh Heart Pro's standards or purpose.
“User Content” means information, text, images, logos, business descriptions, testimonials, reviews, comments, survey responses, profile content, or other materials submitted to Fresh Heart Pro.
You retain ownership of User Content you provide, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Fresh Heart LLC, doing business as Fresh Heart Pro, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, format, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for purposes related to operating, promoting, improving, and providing Fresh Heart Pro services, including directory listings, profiles, landing pages, communications, and related materials.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant this license.
You must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, confidential without authorization, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.
Pros are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before submitting testimonials, review excerpts, client names, photos, project details, home images, or other client-related information.
Do not submit private homeowner information, family information, address details, health-related information, financial information, or sensitive personal information unless you have appropriate authorization and the information is necessary for the service being provided.
Fresh Heart Pro may decline, edit, remove, or limit publication of testimonials, photos, or project information at our discretion.
Payments for Fresh Heart Pro services may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
Fresh Heart Pro is a DBA of Fresh Heart LLC. Payments may be processed by Fresh Heart LLC.
By purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and payment processor charges associated with that service.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees.
Payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies. Fresh Heart Pro is not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, or security practices, except as required by law.
Fees for Fresh Heart Pro services will be stated at the time of purchase or subscription.
For annual Enhanced Profile or similar directory/profile services, fees are generally non-refundable once profile work begins.
If a service has not yet begun, Fresh Heart Pro may, at its discretion, provide a refund or credit.
Subscription services, if offered, may be cancelled according to the terms stated at the time of purchase. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of amounts already paid unless expressly stated or required by law.
Fresh Heart Pro may change pricing, features, or service structure over time. Pricing changes will not apply retroactively to fees already paid unless otherwise stated.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, participation in Fresh Heart Pro does not require a long-term contract.

Certain information may be retained as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, transaction, consent, dispute, or business-record purposes.
Fresh Heart Pro may send SMS or text messages to individuals who have provided appropriate consent.
Messages may include account updates, profile information, setup survey reminders, appointment reminders, service updates, support messages, and related Fresh Heart Pro communications. Optional marketing or relationship updates may also be sent where permitted and where consent has been provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
By submitting your email address, contacting us, claiming a profile, purchasing a service, or using Fresh Heart Pro, you agree that we may send you emails related to your inquiry, listing, profile, account, service, payment status, appointment, survey, support request, or Fresh Heart Pro offerings.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided. We may still send non-marketing emails related to transactions, services, support, legal notices, account administration, or active business relationships.
You agree not to use Fresh Heart Pro to:

Fresh Heart Pro, Fresh Heart LLC, the Fresh Heart name, logos, designs, text, page structure, service descriptions, methods, templates, workflows, and related materials are owned by Fresh Heart LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Fresh Heart Pro materials without written permission, except as reasonably necessary to use the services as intended.
Pros may use Fresh Heart Pro-provided templates or assets only for their own authorized use in connection with Fresh Heart Pro services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fresh Heart Pro may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, CRM platforms, directory software, website hosting, analytics tools, calendar tools, email tools, review platforms, pro websites, and other external services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, content, policies, security, errors, outages, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Fresh Heart Pro is developing and may change over time.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, rename, or restructure any part of the website, directory, listings, profiles, pricing, features, tools, or services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website, directory, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.
Fresh Heart Pro may provide business, profile, communication, relationship, reputation, or documentation tools and related information.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, Fresh Heart Pro does not provide legal, financial, insurance, engineering, construction, inspection, code-compliance, safety, medical, or professional advice.
Users, pros, and homeowners should consult appropriately qualified professionals for specific advice related to legal, financial, construction, safety, insurance, code, permitting, property, or health matters.
Fresh Heart Pro provides its website, directory, profiles, listings, tools, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Heart Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and suitability.
Fresh Heart Pro does not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Heart LLC, doing business as Fresh Heart Pro, and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, advisors, vendors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to Fresh Heart Pro, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may stop using Fresh Heart Pro at any time. You may request cancellation, listing correction, or listing removal by contacting [email protected].
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the effective date above.
Continued use of Fresh Heart Pro after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
